Greg Reyes a Valuable Asset to the Community and Society
Greg and I met when his son, Greg Jr. and my son were on the same baseball team in Saratoga Little League back in 2000. At the time Greg was the CEO of Brocade, and despite what I'm sure was a highly demanding and stressful position, I truly admired the hours of time he spent out on the field with our team helping out with practices and pitching in wherever needed.
We could always count of Greg to come out in his suit and help with stations, shag balls, or give an inspirational pep talk. What truly impressed me was his down to earth, positive attitude, and sense of humor with the kids and other parents. He was the first to put his arm around the kid who was sulking for striking out and give an encouraging word. Without a doubt, Greg could make a defeated child feel like a contributor to the team, readily pointing out all of the positive aspects he brought to the team. In fact, for the next three seasons, my fellow coach and I purposely drafted Greg Jr., not only because he was a great kid, but also because we knew we could count on endless hours of dedication and support from Greg Sr. and his wife, Penny.
Apart from being a great little League dad, l have witnessed Greg give back to our community in other ways. Greg saw the need to help his high school alma mater and bring his community together. Without asking or expecting notoriety, he stepped up to the plate with an enormous donation. Because of his extreme generosity, Saratoga High School now has a state of the art football stadium which benefits thousands of kids in the community.
ln light of Greg's guilty verdict of security fraud in connection with Brocade's stock option program, I am shocked and appalled that Greg could serve jail time. Please consider leniency in sentencing as he is such an Invaluable asset to our community and society. His family has suffered enough throughout the entire trial ant sending him to jail would be a devastating injustice.

The Ups and Downs of Downloadable DS Games
The DS, or Nintendo DS, is an advanced technology apparatus that plays video games on a duel screen monitor. It is a handheld game system that allows gaming enthusiasts to bring high quality games with them when they are on the road or otherwise unable to play a counsel system. However, with the DS, has become a standalone system that has most gamers itching to try it. It was developed and produced by the Nintendo organization and was released in 2004 in multiple countries including Canada, Japan, the United States and the United Kingdom. The clamshell design is similar to the Game Boy Advance, which was the predecessor to the Nintendo DS, but the Nintendo DS has duel screens with the lower one being designed as a touch screen.
Download DS Games
Though there are some problems with downloadable DS games, they hardly outweigh the possible positives when it comes to these games. Downloadable DS games are games that can be downloaded off the wireless internet that is available for the Nintendo DS. These games are similar to WiiWare games in that they are not usually full length games, but they are still fantastically composed and capable of providing hours of gaming fun. There are even some free downloadable DS games available, but these are rarer than the purchased ones.
A few cons to downloadable DS games include the fact that the download speed is relatively poor. When downloading a game for the DS, it can take many minutes, even hours in some extreme cases. This can be more than a little frustrating for those that want to just play the game.
Another problem is that there is a possibility for an adware infiltration which can potentially do damage to the DS. However, this is only caused by poor usage of the wireless internet system.
These few cons are not enough to make the whole of the system poor. The Nintendo DS has many games online that may be downloaded on the SD card of the system. This can allow numerous downloadable games to be purchased or downloaded on a single system. The downloadable games for the DS are also very fun and very addicting. They can provide just as much if not more fun that any retail game for the DS or a consol alike. Once the games are downloaded there are usually no problems with operation.

Don’t Give Up After Your First Psychic Reading
A psychic reading should always be professional. Psychic Stephen Piperno is the author of, “Is Life Worth It? Sex, Money and Power from a Psychics Point of View” and he states that, “giving your first psychic reading is the hardest point of any psychics career.” This simply means that whatever you do is tough when you first start out.
The psychic industry can be very loving at times and also very harsh when it comes to judging a psychics gift. The psychic gift is one that must be nurtured over time and given with such love and sincerity. The more open you are to using the psychic gift, the more open you will be to helping and serving others. The psychic gift is one in which will make you feel complete and whole as a person.
If you just gave your first psychic reading and felt as though it did not go over to well, then you are not alone. You need to keep on giving a psychic reading so that you can get better at it. The more psychic readings that you give on a daily basis, the more that you will be able to grow as an individual psychic. You will be able to say that you have helped countless hundreds or even thousands of people to find their way. The deepest blessing of all is that you will be able to help others to discover why their psychic reading is important.
Never give up on a true spiritual calling. It is important for you to use your gift from time to time to help another person that may be in need. For every person that says that you are a terrible psychic, there will be those that say that they think you are the best. You must teach yourself that you are not here to please others, but you are here to please God. Try to keep an open relationship with your spirit guides and loved ones. They are usually the best ones to give you positive feedback. Never feel like you have to impress anyone, because if you are called to be a psychic, then it is because God has given you this spiritual blessing. You are in charge of your own life and the more that you give yourself to God, the more that you will see that your life will be headed in the right direction.

What do you grow in a greenhouse?
The two things that most people grow in greenhouses are tomatoes and cucumbers, as they grow quite badly outside but very well inside. They are also easy to grow, as the seeds available are of such high quality: often you will be able to grow quite good tomatoes and cucumbers even if you’re too useless at gardening to even follow the instructions on the seed packet properly.
After a while, though, this gets dull. So what should you do next? The answer is that you should get a little more adventurous with what you grow in your greenhouse. Strawberries are a good start, as they are very nice, expensive in shops, but not too difficult to grow yourself. Other bush fruits such as raspberries and blackcurrants also work well in a greenhouse.
Once you’re a greenhouse pro, though, the hardest thing to try is a melon. There’s a reason why farmers have competitions to see who can grow the biggest melon: melon-growing is more of an art than a science, and it’s very difficult to master. Generally, the key is to give your melons as much support as you can: as soon as the plant starts growing, support it with a length of string tied to the roof of your greenhouse, and once melons start to appear, support them with string nets. One other thing to be aware of is that it is easy to accidentally drown melons if you water them normally, so you should set up an alternative system, such as a pipe leading directly to the plant’s roots.

Hearing Aids Review: The 4 Leading Brands
Are you looking for a hearing aid but don't know where to start? Here is the definitive guide to the leading brands of hearing aids. I will review some of the top names in hearing aids including Siemens hearing aids, Beltone hearing aids, Starkey hearing aids and Phonak hearing aids.
Hearing aids are available in analog or digital models. Analog hearing aids have been on the market for years. These are less expensive than digital hearing aids but do not provide the sound quality and features that digital hearing aids do. Digital hearing aids offer a cleaner sound quality than analog models and can be programmed by computer to achieve a high level of adjustment. Digital hearing prices have fallen, hence, more people can afford them.
There are several types of hearing aids on the market. A hearing aid specialist can help you choose the type that suits you best. The closer the hearing aid sits to the eardrum the better the sound will be.
Here are 4 types of hearing aids:
BTE: Behind the Ear
This type fits over the ear and rests behind it. It is typically the least expensive.
ITE: In the Ear
This is the most common type that sits in the ear
ITC: In the Ear Canal
This type fits slightly lower into the ear and is not very noticeable.
CIC: Completely In the Ear Canal
This fits down into the ear canal, requires the most fitting and is the least visible to others.
There are 4 leading manufacturers of hearing aids that have proven to provide superior products. They provide the ultimate in customer service to ensure improved hearing and customer satisfaction.

Hearing Aids To Best Suit Your Needs
Hearing aids are small audio devices which are attached to the ears. Most models now are "hidden" to a casual observer. They offer a superior sound quality which helps lessen, if not eliminate, the loss of hearing.
As technology evolves, the science behind manufacturing hearing aids have become more and more advanced.
Here are the three basic types of hearing aids:
1. Conventional hearing aids
These are the very first types and brands of hearing aids which were realeased in the market.
Although not as technologically advanced as the programmable digital hearing aids, the conventional type can be adjusted in a way that will fit the user's needs.
With this type, the volume is manually adjusted by the user. The sound can be turned up or down, depending on the softness or loudness of the source of sound.
The only minor disadvantage of this type of hearing aids is that if a person's hearing loss level improves or worsens, it must be sent back to the manufacturer so that adjustments can be made. This can be quite inconvenient for the user.
2. Programmable hearing aids
This is more advanced in terms of technology, as compared to the conventional type.
Programmable hearing aids have adjustable circuits which may be adjusted, depending on the user's level of hearing.
The volume control is automatic, making life easier for the patient.
3. Digital hearing aids
Depending on the patient's needs, a digital hearing aid may be ordered to suit a specific situation.
This is by far the best and most convenient type to use.
There are hearing health care professionals whose job is to find the hearing aid that will be beneficial for the user.
The patient's lifestyle and level of hearing loss is considered when looking for the best hearing aid to buy.
Digital hearing aids also feature an automatic volume control.
However, it may take one or two visits to a health care professional before the settings of the hearing aid can be adjusted to the user's satisfaction.
Physically, this type of hearing aid is easier to wear and is "kinder" to the ears.
The circuit within the hearing aid automatically increases or decreases the level of sound.
There is a microphone and an amplifier that gathers and adjusts the sound respectively.
Finally, the speaker transmits the byproduct of the altered and digitally-enhanced sound to the user's ears.
The downside is that this type of hearing aid is more expensive than the programmable and conventional hearing aids.
Still, once you have invested in a digital hearing aid, it will surely be convenient for you and will fit into any lifestyle.
4. Disposable hearing aids
This type offers the sound quality of a conventional hearing aid and is more cost-effective than its more technologically-advanced counterparts.
Disposable hearing aids have a shorter shelf-life. They can last 40 days at most, and once the battery expires, a new one should be purchased.
To choose a hearing aid that is right for you, make sure that you consult your ear doctor or otologist/audiologist.
When consulting a professional to choose the right hearing aid for you, give them an overview of your lifestyle and budget to determine the best hearing aid that will suit your needs.
Finally, try it out for a few days and if you find that the hearing aid that you bought does not fit your ear, your needs and your way of living, go back to your health care professional so that another type can be purchased.
